By registering or using Zhysqua you accept these service and billing terms. Payments are processed by Stripe; this version does not accept direct bank transfers to our own accounts.
Zhysqua is multi-tenant software for route control, dispatch, and the driver app. Features may evolve; your plan defines driver seats and usage packs.
Billing is recurring in USD (base plan + extra seats + usage packs). Payment is due by the 5th of each month (America/Bogota), in addition to Stripe dunning.
Included usage caps (WhatsApp, geocoding, AI, etc.) are part of the plan. Exceeding them or falling below the minimum margin may restrict writes until a usage pack is purchased.
You can open petitions, complaints, claims, or suggestions about billing from Billing. Ops replies with a visible note; internal SLA target is 3 business days (Bogota).
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We are not a bank and do not custody third-party funds outside the Stripe flow.
