Privacy and personal data

Zhysqua / Control de Rutas (EMLAZE Group) processes data to run the logistics SaaS, bill subscriptions via Stripe, and provide support (including billing PQRS).

Controller and purpose

Company and user data are used to create and operate the account, authenticate (e.g. WhatsApp OTP), invoice, prevent fraud, and answer PQRS. We do not sell personal data.

Payment data

Card and payment method data are processed solely by Stripe. We store customer/subscription IDs, amounts, invoice status, tax ID, and billing email — never PAN or CVV.

• Purpose: recurring billing, payment support, and internal accounting.
• You can download an invoice extract from Billing in the app or via PQRS.

Operational data

Stops, drivers, tracking, and attachments are stored to deliver the service to the tenant. Access is isolated per company (multi-tenant).

Your rights

You may request access, update, correction, or deletion of personal data, and withdraw consent where applicable, via support or a PQRS from Billing.

Retention and security

We keep data while the account is active and as needed for legal or claims purposes. We apply reasonable technical and organizational controls; secrets are not exposed in the UI.
